Bolton Farmer's Market 2014

Britta Elmberg Arts and Crafts

Hi! My name is Britta Elmberg.

You may have viewed some of my artwork at the Bolton Farmer's Market this summer.  I have displayed various paintings including local scenes and other subjects.  We have also been marketing hand-painted objects featuring local Caledon wildflowers: wooden trinket boxes, pen and pencil holders, trivets, trays and small wall mirrors.   Some of the textile items that have been offered are  acrylic and silk scarves, table runners and market aprons.

Other crafty things for sale include jewelry featuring earrings, pins, necklaces and bracelets.  Some of our pieces contain unusual items like buffalo bone or horn beads from Rapid City, South Dakota, or beautiful Chinese glass cloisonne beads or other small treasures gathered from various places in Toronto. We also have small replicas of viking shields fashioned out of hand-stitched painted leather.  Each piece is carefully crafted and designed to be esthetically pleasing.

The Farmer's Market is located on 1 Mill Street in Bolton and is open from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m  on Saturdays until October 11, 2014. You can visit on Facebook or Twitter. Or, drop by to browse and pick up your free cabbage clock postcard.
